CANCEL POLICY
・To allow us to accommodate as many clients as possible, please contact us as early as possible in the event of a cancellation or schedule change.
・If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the requested service. Please plan to arrive with sufficient time to spare.
・In cases of no-shows or repeated same-day cancellations, we may decline future grooming appointments.

Step.1 Reservation
Appointments are required (reservation only). You can make a reservation through our online booking system (Salon de One) or via Instagram DM.
Please note that the reservation website does not have a translation function; kindly fill out the form in English.
Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability.

Step.2Arrival & Consultation
For first-time clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
We will ask about your pet’s personality, lifestyle, and preferred grooming style, and propose the most suitable grooming plan.

Step.3Grooming
Care includes brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
The shampoo is selected according to the condition of your pet’s coat and skin, and is gently applied at a low temperature.
In the Cut Course, the overall style of the body is trimmed.Trimming around the feet and eyes is also available in the Shampoo Course.

Step.4Pickup & Final Check
At pickup, we will explain the details of the grooming and provide advice for home care.
For those who wish, a commemorative photo can be taken in our photo booth, and the photo data will be given free of charge.
Your pet will also receive a treat as a reward.
