・Arriving more than 15 minutes late may prevent us from providing the requested service. Please allow extra time for your visit.
・Repeated same-day or no-show cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.

Step.1Reservation
Appointments are required. Book via WEB reservation (Salon de One) or Instagram DM.
Note: The reservation website does not have a translation feature, so please fill out the form in English.
Same-day appointments are available if there are openings.

Step.2Arrival & Consultation
First-time clients: please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
We will ask about your pet’s personality, lifestyle, and grooming preferences to suggest the best services.

Step.3Grooming
Care includes brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
Shampoo is selected based on coat and skin condition and is gently applied at a low temperature.
For the Cut Course, the full-body style is trimmed. Foot and eye-area trimming is also available in the Shampoo Course.

Step.4Pickup & Final Check
We explain the grooming details and provide care advice at pickup.
Optional: take a commemorative photo in our photo booth; the photo data is free.
Your pet will also receive a treat as a reward.
